Refund Policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, this includes products purchased online and workshops/kits. If unable to attend a workshop a blank kit will be available for pick up at Oak Meadows Originals.
Please note that once your order has shipped, it is out of our control. If you experience a problem with the item(s) in your order, please email us at oakmeadowsoriginals@gmail.com so we can handle your concern.

In addition to local pick-up, we offer the following rates on Economy and Standard shipping through USPS. Please allow up to 7 to 14 days to process and ship your order after it has been placed.
